TO:  THE HOUSE OF REPRESENATIVES

 

ATTN:  CONGRESS LEADERS OF THE NATION OF AMERICA THIS IS ONLY A TENDENCY TO ACT.  NOT AN ACTUAL FACTUAL WILL TO ACT IN A REVOLUTION AGAINST OUR COUNTRY.  THIS IS A PROPOSAL OF ACTION ONLY IF OUR GOVERNMENT UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF BARACK OBAMA CONTINUES IN ITS DIRECTION TO BECOME A SOCIALIST NATION.  WE AS CITIZANS MUST BECOME PREPARED TO PROTECT OURSELVES.  What follows is just a simple plan to follow for all patriots to organize militias as to provide for their protection from persons or a Government leader desiring to destroy the Constitution of the United States. This is not a call to arms but simply a guide to follow if our situation becomes necessary.

 

We the people of the United States wish to express our disappointment in the elected officials of this country. You have led us to the point of despair. Desperate, to do things we would never have thought of doing several years back. But you have led and asked us to elect people into positions who have goals of destroying the America we love. This article is by no means a warning but a, WHAT IF, it should become real and constant upon the minds of the people to do so. We are unhappy, unsatisfied with our elected officials to the point we are not asking but instead demanding the following.

 

The immediate impeachment of Barack Hussain Obama (or whomever he really is). Someone we pay in tax dollars did not vet this man. His administration be fired. Impeach Joe Biden immediately for we can not accept him as a leader of this country. Call for a replacement election as soon as possible, not moving up the chain. We want our own elected official in place. Immediately bring our troops home from foreign wars. Only act militarily in the manner of defensing our allies and to ward off genocide.  We have no business in other countries affairs. Immediately stop sending money to foreign nations except to allies an use this money to build back what is being destroyed in the United States. Leave Israel protected. Protect our allies as we would have them do for us. But, if you leave a person like Obama in the Oval Office he will destroy us. I myself have served this country for 33 years and 10 months. I loved doing it an am not complaining for doing it in fact I felt it my duty to do so. I would do so again. But, you must realize that we voted you people into these offices to protect us and to guard against tyranny. This man Obama is Tyranny. You know it and the world knows it. I represent many Americans out here who are disgruntled and upset of the current state of affairs. They have made demands and I also concur with them. As American citizens we have the right to speak our mind and we have spoken. This is not just a bunch of radicals. You need to take us seriously for we have had enough. Rebellion is upon us and many are calling for it. This is the reason for this letter. Is to inform you that this is the last resort we wish to take but we expect our representatives to take care of this a matter at once so this land can go back to being the land of the free. Here is a list of what we expect. I would listen closely as you read these demands. Notice I said demands not threat. Don't let it become that.

 

1.  Immediate impeachment and arrest of one Barack Hussain Obama, incompetent and treason in regards to Benghazi, NSA, IRS Scandals.

2.  Immediate impeachment and arrest of one Joe Biden Vice President. Reason incompetent and treason.

3. The immediate arrest of one Hillary Rodham Clinton for treason against the United States of America. the Benghazi Incident.

4.  The Immediate arrest of one Susan Rice for misinformation and treason in regards to Benghazi.

5. The Immediate arrest of Senator Pelosi, Speaker of the Senate for misinformation and in delaying justice to be performed in the incident in Benghazi.

6.  The Immediate arrest of Senator Harry Reid for delaying Justice to be sought out in the incident of Benghazi.

7. The immediate arrest of Attorney General Holder for incompetence in the Fast & Furious Incident. Treason for withholding information.

8. The immediate arrest of Jay Carney for misinformation and treason against the United States, for all the lies he has told the press in protecting his Commander-in-Chief.

9.  An open warrant for anyone or everyone connected to the above crimes that were not mentioned here. If their names are forthcoming during a trial of the above mentioned people's misdeeds then arrest warrants must be issued on individuals mentioned who have connection to the cover up.

10.  Immediate repeal of Obamacare effective immediately.

11.  Full budget funding to be imposed with whatever asked for by the military. Back pay be forthcoming to all soldiers who have been fired and had pay suspended. The shooting at Ft. Hood, Texas must be changed as a combat related incident.

12.  All executive orders passed by Barrack Hussain Obama be suspended immediately.

13. Social Security that L. B. Johnson passed giving the access to pay for his bombing in Vietnam and it's continual use for anything other than the peoples money for their livelihood needs to be paid back to social security with interest.

 

NOTE:  We are not threating anyone. We only want and demand justice to be coming forthwith. You legislators need to be polling the people of the United States and asking what do we want not what do you want. We want a nation that is free. like the Constitution was written by our forefathers many years ago. We want term limits on legislators. At the start of our nation it was felt that this was a duty not a permanent retirement salary.  It was good enough for them it is good enough for us. It is you smart lawyers and individuals who wish to gain wealth that is bringing destruction to this nation. It must stop. It will stop. No one wants a rebellion. But, it is an option. Of course you can come and arrest me, call me a traitor, call me a terrorist. Which I am a long way from that. I am 75 years of age with bad health. I pose no threat to anyone. But, the people I am talking to and have talked with me desire that justice come to America. We demand justice, and if I were you I would seek what my priorities were. Are you Patriots or are you selfish men/women who wish only to seek your own gratitude. Obama is a destructive creature. He knows it and you know it. Soon the whole world will know it. Already the European Nations turn from us like we are rabid dogs. You legislators must see this, know it to be true and must follow through to bring justice NOW.

 

BELOW YOU WILL SEE A WHAT IF, AS DIASTEROUS AS IT COULD BE, THIS COUNTRY COULD FACE A REBELLION LIKE A LOWLY THIRD WORLD COUNTRY. WELL THIS IS WHAT THE PRESENT ADMINISTRATION HAS BROUGHT UPON US. 

 

READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY AND ASK YOURSELF WHAT IF?

A.  There are times when it's necessary to fight against things that have become so wrong that they should no longer be. Things that were once small that have become big, but are no less wrong, must be made small again; a revolution, or a complete circle, is needed. Whether you want freedom from another country, or you want to overthrow an oppressive government, every fight is the same. A revolution (from the Latin revolutio, "a turnaround") is a significant change that usually occurs in a short period of time. Revolutions have happened throughout human history and vary widely in terms of methods, duration, motivating ideology, and the number of participating revolutionaries. Their results include major changes in culture, economy, and socio-political institutions.

 

B.  Know your Goal. You are about to dedicate your life to this goal. Decide well and make your decision from the heart. A good question to ask yourself is, “What about the political system in which I live do I think is wrong? And what kind of system do I want to create for the people of my country?” Remember, the goal you chose is the Heart of your revolution.

 

C.  Build Support and Consensus: Nothing is going to happen if the only rebels are you and your buddies. This is an important step and the setup for either a successful revolution or a small civilian rebellion flop. For the first part of this step you must build support by handing out flyers and pamphlets, by word of mouth and advertisements and through today’s technology. Do whatever it takes to get the word out of your revolution and build support. Once cultivated, your support doesn’t have to meet together or agree on actions or even know each other, but they must be united under a common goal and shared fundamental principles.

 

D.  Educate yourself and others about every aspect of the idea of the revolution. Know what and why this fight must happen and how it can be won. Identify the goals and the most efficient means of achieving them without compromise. Appreciate and respect a diversity of tactics. The revolution must be directed towards making things better. This is what is called a "positive vector".

 

E.   Understand that one of the most important aspects of a revolution is that the people are angry. However, the cause for anger ought to be of true convictions, and in their anger there must also be discipline to their cause.

 

F.   Put together intentions which must be very popular among the population. It must aim towards the improvement of certain aspects of society, economics, culture, or any other aspects of a social group. Appreciate and respect a diversity As Egypt has shown us, the devil can be in the details, here -- and your revolution can easily be co-opted. Recognize this as a sign that your idea was popular enough to attract attention, and be prepared to overcome attempted splintering. Of tactics.

 

G.  Find like-minded people who are ready for action. Set up a field of communication. You must work in a non-hierarchical group in which all voices are equally heard. If you have even a small group dedicated to the same cause, it may be useful for someone to serve as a front woman/man; these should be humble people and they must not be identified as "the leader" or "the leaders," but as individuals chosen because they reflect consensus.

 

H.  Take Action. This is the most important step because the revolution dies without it. You must take action whether it is a nonviolent protest or a sit-in or a boycott. Your leader must motivate the support and dutifully work day and night to improve your Revolution. The power in place will defend itself, for that is the nature of power. Illegitimate "governments" are not happy about a rebellion from their people and will do anything to crush resistance. Remember that armed struggle is not an option. No matter how well armed or trained you are, you cannot withstand an organized country's military - especially if a superpower and its allies are backing the regime in place. Last of all, do not let up. Often you may be discouraged by loss or lack of morale but remember, many other countries have revolted and after several losses still have still overcome overwhelming adversity. Remember, your goal is the heart of your operation, your consensus is the mind of the revolution, and the actions you and your support take are the hands of your revolution.

 

I.    Work for collective liberation, because everyone's liberation is tied to each other's. If we are going to be free, we all need to be free. If we are to have a voice, all must have a voice.

 

J.   Demonstrate the popularity of the movement to the people of power, legislature, and military. The greater the popularity among the society, the more the likelihood of violent repression is reduced.

 

K.  Realize that a drastic political or social revolution is almost always about freedom. In general, revolutions are about major changes in some aspect of society. A peaceful revolution requires solidarity and agreement.

 

3. There is strength in numbers. The greater the mass and unity of the movement, the better chance of getting demands met.

• Take input from others. Revolution can't happen because of just one person; don't be a vigilante.
• Always use the truth, and never succumb to the temptations of power or money. Believe in your cause and in your power base. Revolution is belief.
• To be successful, you need to be totally committed; compromise is failure.
• You will benefit no one if you are just attempting to consolidate power or gain recognition only for yourself.
• Keep your eye on the 'big picture.' Don't drown yourself in the details.
• Remember to trust the people who you fight for. They are your legacy.
• Listen to your heart and think about what is needed most.

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

MTOE – Manning; training; organization; equipment

A.    One REGIONAL  LEADER with at least 50 or more members in his/her city. Responsibility to set up an alert roster and organize his/her unit into a functional military force if needed. Keeping in mind from the first we intend to keep things on a peaceful operation unless confronted with force. Reach out to cities/towns in close proximity set up their units. Have them do the same. They have to under- stand they will and must act according to the call of the Regional Leader. Communications is a must. At least 6 towns/cities per region. This must continue in this manner throughout the nation. Each 5-6 town region that totals 5-6 regions will have one regional General voted on by the remaining Region leaders Only one General per state. These Generals will vote for one commanding General of their choosing. All will answer to that leader. He will be in command with a staff of 20 other Generals who will be nominated and voted on by their peers. We must have a ratio of equalization of rank throughout the rebel forces.

B.   ONCE the manning is completed we must think transportation. This will call for volunteers in furnishing pickups, trucks or any other equipment, personnel and supplies carrying vehicles. We will confiscate what we need as we go. This will be an act only (enforced) if we can’t get it voluntary from the owner. No violence unless struck by same.

C.   TRAINING – On job training such as people know their weapon the same as if it were their child. Disassemble and reassemble in the dark. Learn how and when to shoot. Only shoot on orders or in self-defense. Use your heads at all times.

D.   EQUIPMENT EVEN THOUGH IT MAY NOT BELONG TO YOU WILL BE MAINTANED AS IF IT WAS YOUR PERFECT MATE.

E.   FOOD – Here is a complicated maneuver. We must become scavengers if necessary. I am talking now if war does break out and we are left with no choice. Very few of you can support a mass of people that it will take to pull off a full scale rebellion. You will go hungry at times. Not many of you have lived of the land. So get with those that have. They can teach you what is eatable and what is not. Get water purification pills and insure that your drinking water is purified. This can be found at most any gun shops are camping outlets.

There is going to be questions? These are welcome. Only please submit them as soon as possible. We did have a disembarking date of 28 November 2013. This may not be feasible for it is going to take time I know to bring together a functional force throughout this nation. The main thing is to get the word out. We do not have much time. I pray this is not so. But you know as well as I do that there is a conspiracy at work here to take over the United States and that atrocities are being done either by or being called upon being done by our leaders that we pay their salaries.

 

CURRENT PLANS IS TO GET AS MANY OF US AS WE CAN INTO THE STREETS ON (TBA) EITHER GOING TO THE CAPITAL IN WASHINGTON OR IF NOT GO TO THE STATE CAPITAL AND VOICE YOUR CONCERNS OF HOW YOU FEEL.  BRING SIGNS. WEAR NEW TYPE  (Not that of the Offensive old South), REBEL CLOTHING AND RAISE THE FLAG (U.S. Flag), ONCE MORE. KEEP IN MIND AFRICAN AMERICANS AND OTHER ETHNIC RACES THIS CALLED REBELLION DOES NOT REFER TO THE CONFEDERACY. THIS IS FOR ALL PATRIOTS WELFARE AND THE GOOD OF THIS NATION.  IT WOULD BE PLEASING TO SEE MANY OF YOU BECOMING LEADERS IN THIS THE PATRIOT UPRISING.

As with all Defense Department projects, detailed specifications were made public so that contractors could bid on the $25 million project. The specifications included more than 1,000 pages of details on the facility, ranging from the heating and cooling systems to the thickness of the walls.

IN HONOR AND TRIBUTE TO

 A GREAT AMERICAN PATRIOT   

Graveside services for Arnold James Nass 93 of Tyler, formerly of Dallas, will be held 11:00 AM Friday at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Palestine,Tx., with Mnsgr Zach officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Palestine. Arnold passed away on May 13th in Tyler, Texas. He was born near Suring, Wisconsin to Henry C. and Gertrude A. Nass on February 7th, 1920 and graduated from Horlich High School in Racine, Wisconsin. He married Rose Mary McDonald Nass of Palestine, Texas on April 28th, 1942. He served in World War II from July 1941 until February 1946 in the US Army Air Force and earned the rank of Captain. He completed thirty-five combat missions over Europe during 1944, including D-Day, as a B-24 pilot in the 445th Bomb Group of the Second Air Division of the Eight Air Force for which he received several campaign medals and the Distinguished Flying Cross. He returned to Texas and instructed student pilots in the B-24 and the B-29. After serving his country, he became active in the oil and gas exploration business as a landman, then general partner and founder of three energy related companies. Arnold was a former member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, the Dallas Petroleum Club, the Energy Club, the Liberator Club, the Second Air Division Association, the Distinguished Flying Cross Society, the Mighty Air Force Museum, the National WWII Museum, the Historic Aviation Museum and the Knights of Columbus. In his later years, he was regularly interviewed about his WWII experiences and he became an outspoken defender of the U.S. Constitution, earning him the nickname “The Senator”. Arnold was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Rose Mary McDonald Nass, his father and mother, Henry and Gertrude Nass, brother Gordon Knaus, brother Melvin Nass, sister Henrietta Nass, and sister Loretta Smercheck. He is survived by his daughters and their spouses, Carla Brown and Jim, Mary Lynn Jaster and Tom, Arnette Goodwin, Shawn Clark and William, Jo Ellen Kitchens and Lynn; and son Arnold Nass and Rebecca. In addition, he is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, brother Charles Nass and sister Jeannette Weigert. The family wishes to extend its appreciation to the staff of Rosewood Estates and to Rose Taylor and Linda Jones for keeping their eye on Daddy for us. Memorials may be made to Texas Wounded Warrior Foundation, 4301 Fillbrook Lane, Tyler, TX 75707. Condolence calls will be received from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM Friday at Bailey & Foster Palestine. TO: Arnold J. Nass' family and friends.
Arnie, Mary & the rest of Arnold's family: This saddens me to the depth of my heart. Arnold meant a lot to me. I was in awe of his Military bearing and the great courage, willingness, and fortitude he had, to do the things he did in WWII. Of course he wouldn’t talk too much about his part. In fact he played his experiences down. But, I knew by the fact of where he was stationed during the war, he definitely was a great hero to our young people, who are old people now, and to the people of the United States. If he, and others like him, who fought the worst war this country has ever fought, had failed, we as a free nation would have been no more.
He was also fighting the current administration in every way possible, as have many of us. Prayerfully we are watching the end of that tyranny administration. Arnold played a lot in trying to implement this happening, with his narratives in informing the people of the injustices, that were going to come down on the American people. My thoughts and prays are with you, your family and to all of Arnold’s friends. For he had many. People could not meet this man and spend just a few minutes of their time with him then go away without having a much better outlook upon life. I loved him and will miss him greatly. Thank you so much for informing me. Thank you for sending me the directive to his obituary. Your father was a great man and he loved his family with all his heart. Do you know who Juval Aviv is? He was Golda Meir's bodyguard and the Israeli Agent upon whom the movie 'Munich' was based. Golda Meir appointed him to track down and bring to justice the Palestinian terrorists who took the Israeli athletes hostage and killed them during the Munich Olympic Games. In a lecture in New York City a few weeks ago, Aviv shared information that EVERY American needs to know, but that our government has not yet shared with us.

A little background:

• Aviv predicted the London subway bombing on the Bill O'Reilly show on 'Fox News', stating publicly that it would happen within a week. At the time, O'Reilly laughed and mocked him, saying that in a week he wanted Aviv back on the show. Unfortunately, within a week the terrorist attack had occurred.

• Juval Aviv also gave intelligence to the Bush Administration about 9/11 a month before it occurred. His report specifically said that they would use planes as bombs and target high profile buildings and monuments... I think we all know what happened, right?

• Congress has since hired Aviv as a security consultant. Aviv predicts that the next terrorist attack on the U.S. Will occur within the next few months . Forget hijacking airplanes, because he says terrorists will NEVER try hijacking a plane again as they know the people on board will never go down quietly again. Aviv says that our airport security is a joke 'that we have been reactionary' rather than proactive in developing strategies that are truly effective.

Example 1: Because an idiot tried to light his shoe on fire, now everyone has to take off their shoes.

Example 2: A group of idiots tried to bring aboard liquid explosives, and now we can't bring liquids on board. He says he's waiting for some suicidal maniac to pour liquid explosive on his underwear; government security will then have us all traveling naked! Last but not least, our airport security looks for metal, but the new explosives are made of plastic!

Currently, our government only focuses on security when people are heading to the gates. Aviv says that if a terrorist attack targets airports in the future, they will target busy times on the front end of the airport when/where people are checking in. For example, it would be easy for someone to take two suitcases of explosives, walk up to a busy check-in line, ask a person next to them to watch their bags for a minute while they run to the restroom, and then detonate the bags BEFORE security even gets involved. In Israel, security checks bags BEFORE people can even ENTER the airport.

Aviv says the next terrorist attack here in America is imminent and will involve suicide bombers and non-suicide bombers in places where large groups of people congregate, such as Disneyland, Las Vegas casinos, shopping malls, subways in rush hour, train stations, etc., as well as in rural America this time (Wyoming, Montana, etc.). The attack will be characterized by simultaneous detonations around the country involving at least 5-8 cities, including rural areas. Aviv says terrorists won't need to use suicide bombers in many of the larger cities, because at places like the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, they can simply valet park a car loaded with explosives and walk away.

Aviv says all of the above is well known in intelligence circles, but that our U.S. Government does not want to 'alarm American citizens' with the facts. The world, however, is soon going to become 'a different place', Aviv says, where issues like 'global warming' and political correctness will have become totally irrelevant. On an encouraging note, Aviv says that Americans don't have to be concerned about being nuked. He says the terrorists who want to destroy America will not use sophisticated weapons. Instead, they like to use suicide, as it's cheap, it's easy, and it's effective and they have an infinite abundance of young, ignorant, fanatic militants more than willing to 'go see Allah'.

Aviv also says the next level of terrorists over which America should be most concerned will not be coming from abroad. They will instead be 'home grown' meaning they will have attended and been educated in our own schools and universities right here in the U.S. These young terrorists will be most dangerous because they will know our language and will fully understand the habits of Americans; but that we Americans won't know/understand a thing about them.

So, what can America do to protect itself? From an intelligence perspective, Aviv says the U.S. needs to stop relying on satellites and technology for its intelligence. Instead, we need to follow Israel's, Ireland's and England's hands-on examples of human intelligence, both from an infiltration perspective as well as to trust 'aware' citizens to help. We need to engage and educate ourselves as citizens; however, our U.S. Government continues to treat us, its citizens, 'like babies'. Our government thinks we can't handle the truth' and are concerned that we'll panic if we understand the realities of terrorism. Aviv says this is a deadly mistake.

Aviv recently created/executed a security test for Congress by placing an empty briefcase in five well-traveled spots in five major cities. The results? Not one person called 911 or sought a policeman to check it out. In fact, in Chicago, someone tried to steal the briefcase!

In comparison, Aviv says that citizens of Israel are so well 'trained' that an unattended bag or package would be reported in seconds by citizen(s) who know to publicly shout, 'Unattended Bag!' The area would be quickly & calmly cleared by the citizens themselves. But, unfortunately, America hasn't been 'hurt enough' yet by terrorism for their government to fully understand the need to educate its citizens or for the government to understand that it's the citizens who are, inevitably, the best first-line of defense against terrorism.

Aviv also was concerned about the high number of children who were in preschool and kindergarten after 9/11, children who were basically 'lost' without parents being able to pick them up, and schools that had no plan in place to best care for the students until their parents could get there. (In New York City, in some cases this was days!) He stresses the importance of having a plan that's agreed upon within your family, to respond to in the event of a terrorist emergency . He urges parents to contact their children's schools and demand that the schools, too, develop plans of actions, as they do in Israel. He says we should all have a plan that is easy enough for even our youngest children to remember and follow.

Does your family know what to do if you can't contact one another by phone? Where would you gather in an emergency? Aviv says that the U.S. Government has in force a plan that, in the event of another terrorist attack, will immediately cut-off EVERYONE's ability to use cell phones, as this is the preferred communication source used by terrorists and is often the way that their bombs are detonated. How will you communicate with your loved ones in the event you cannot use phones, internet? Bottom line, you need to have a plan !

If you believe what you have just read, then you must feel compelled to e-mail this to every concerned parent or guardian, grandparents, uncles, aunts, whatever and whomever. Nothing will happen if you choose not to do so, but in the event it does happen, I promise this particular email material will haunt you.

Don't be in the category of saying, "I should have sent this to...", but I didn't believe it and just deleted it as so much trash.

High Court Ruling Will Provoke States to Nullify ObamaCare

Despite Thursday’s controversial Supreme Court ruling on ObamaCare, states retain the right and authority to nullify the healthcare law, and the state of Missouri, among many others, is undertaking efforts to do just that. According to Missouri legislators, regardless of the High Court's ruling, Missouri voters will maintain the opportunity to vote for or against the so-called Affordable Healthcare Act in November. And Missouri is not the only state seeking to circumvent ObamaCare.

November’s vote will be the second time in two years that Missourians have voted regarding Obama's signature legislation. CBS News explains:

In August 2010, Missouri became the first state to officially snub the new federal law through a referendum when 71 percent of voters approved a proposition barring the government from requiring people to have health insurance. The Missouri law set up a direct conflict with a federal provision requiring most people to have health insurance by 2014 or face penalties.

November’s vote would focus on the healthcare law provision that requires states to create a health insurance exchange by 2014. The ballot measure would prohibit Missouri’s governor or any other official from taking steps to establish the exchange without the expressed consent of the people through vote or through a state law.
In a similar expression of opposition, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal has already declared that he will not establish a healthcare exchange in his state.
"We're not going to start implementing Obamacare," Jindal said during a conference call with Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell. "We're committed to working to elect Governor Romney to repeal Obamacare."
Yahoo News reports, “Several Republican governors, including both Jindal and McDonnell, have put off setting up the exchanges in the hope that the law will be repealed or struck down by the Court.” Now that the court has issued a ruling in favor of the healthcare law, however, Jindal continues to contend that he will not be complying with the law.
"Here in Louisiana we have not applied for the grants, we have not accepted many of these dollars, we're not implementing the exchanges," Jindal said. "We don't think it makes any sense to implement Obamacare in Louisiana. We're going to do what we can to fight it."
McDonnell was not quite as adamant on the conference call, asserting that his administration will have to determine the approach that would be best for Virginians. He did add, however, “But I agree absolutely that the priority right now is to elect a new president and a new Senate so this law can be repealed."
Options remain for Republican lawmakers following the Supreme Court ruling. In his opinion for the majority, Chief Justice Roberts wrote:

The Federal Government does not have the power to order people to buy health insurance. Section 5000A would therefore be unconstitutional if read as a command. The Federal Government does have the power to impose a tax on those without health insurance. Section 5000A is therefore constitutional, because it can reasonably be read as a tax.

Since Chief Justice John Roberts called the individual mandate that is so integral to the healthcare law a “tax,” Republicans are now afforded the option of using a procedure known as “budget reconciliation” to formulate a repeal bill that requires just a simple majority to pass.
States may also fall in line with Louisiana and Missouri and nullify ObamaCare. In the 1798 Kentucky Resolutions, Thomas Jefferson wrote, “Whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers … a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy.”
The Tenth Amendment Center indicates that the states have a number of methods by which they may nullify a law, including through state law, a statement amendment, or a voters' referendum.
The Nullification Project notes:
After today’s Supreme Court ruling on "Obamacare," it remains clear that the people cannot rely on the high court to uphold the principles enshrined in the Constitution. In such cases, the Founders, particularly Thomas Jefferson, have provided We the People and the States, a final check on the power of the three branches of the federal government: Nullification.”
A growing number of Americans have become aware of this option and are coordinating efforts to encourage their state officials to nullify ObamaCare. The Nullification Project is in fact intended to raise funds to deliver a copy of the book Nullification: How to Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century, written by Thomas E. Woods, Jr.,  to each of the 50 governors. Project officials say, “It is our hope that the book will inspire them to continue the fight against government overreach — from every branch.”
Likewise, Senator Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) is encouraging states to nullify the healthcare law by refusing to implement it. He stated in a press release,

This government takeover of health care remains as destructive, unsustainable, and unconstitutional as it was the day it was passed, unread, by a since-fired congressional majority. Now as then, our first step toward real health care reform and economic renewal remains Obamacare’s full repeal, down to the last letter and punctuation mark.

I urge every governor to stop implementing the health care exchanges that would help implement the harmful effects of this misguided law. Americans have loudly rejected this federal takeover of health care, and governors should join with the people and reject its implementation.

State nullification proved successful in defeating the Real ID legislation passed under George W. Bush. Led by Maine in 2007, half the states in the country passed resolutions and laws refusing to implement Real IDs, citing funding and privacy concerns.
And states should not fear the consequences of nullification. As per Thursday’s Supreme Court ruling, Congress is not permitted to penalize states that refuse to implement ObamaCare. In the majority decision, Chief Justice Roberts stated, “What Congress is not free to do is to penalize States that choose not to participate in that new program by taking away their existing Medicaid funding."
However, he added, “Nothing in our opinion precludes Congress from offering funds under the [law] to expand the availability of health care, and requiring that states accepting such funds comply with the conditions on their use.”
Meanwhile, Tenth Amendment Center communications director Mike Maharrey contends that states that utilize nullification to reject ObamaCare are simply responding to a rebellious federal government that refuses to act within its constitutional limits:

Who is really behaving lawlessly here? A federal government that refuses to operate within its delegated powers, and rips authority away from the states and the people? Or the states, working through legitimate democratic processes, saying, "No! We don’t accept this"? I would argue it’s the federal government that’s in rebellion, and it’s time for the states to put a check on illegitimate federal power
